How long does it take to build a website?Timelines vary depending on the size and scope of your project, but most websites are completed within 2–8 weeks. Align → around 2–3 weeks Elevate → around 3–6 weeks Thrive → around 6–8 weeks You’ll always receive a clear project timeline during onboarding, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.

What do I need to provide?We’ll need some basics: your brand details (like logo and colours), images, copy, and a clear idea of your goals. If you don't have these, we can work together on getting some Basic Branding for your website, or hire a Brand Designer depending on your goals and budget.

How much does a website cost?Our Website Packages start from £1,200 for a polished 4-page site (Align package). Most of my clients invest between £2,500–£3,800 depending on the size of the site, features, and functionality they need. Every project is quoted individually, so you’ll always have a clear investment before we begin. For early-stage businesses who aren’t ready to invest in a bespoke service but still want a professional presence, I also offer template customisation. Do you offer payment plans?Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make your investment easier to manage. A 50% deposit secures your project, with the remaining balance split into two milestone payments of 25% - one at the halfway point and one just before launch. If you’d prefer something different, we’re happy to chat about tailoring a plan that works for you.

Will my website work on mobile?Absolutely - every site we build is designed to look great and work perfectly on all devices.

What platform do you use to build websites?I design and build websites primarily on Wix Studio, which offers the perfect balance of flexibility, custom design, and ease of use. It means you’ll get a bespoke, professional site that’s also simple to update yourself without needing to touch code. For businesses with specific needs, I can also work with Squarespace or Shopify. And if you’d like something even more tailored, I can add custom code to create features and functionality beyond the standard platform options.

If you don’t already have branding in place, I’ll create a basic visual identity for your website - including fonts, colours, and a simple typography logo if needed - so everything feels consistent and professional. If you’d like to go deeper with your branding, I can also connect you with trusted brand designers for a full identity package to complement your new site.

Momentum (£300/month) goes further with design tweaks, new content uploads, and quarterly strategy check-ins to keep your site growing. Both options give you peace of mind knowing your site is being looked after, so you can focus on running your business.

Do you provide training on how to use my website?Yes - every website package includes training so you feel confident managing your site after launch. I’ll walk you through how to update text, images, and content, as well as any custom features we’ve added. You’ll also get access to step-by-step guides and recordings you can refer back to anytime. My goal is to make sure you feel in control of your website, without needing to rely on tech support for every small change.
