Once your project is confirmed, we’ll get everything in place to kick off smoothly. You’ll receive a welcome guide outlining the next steps and access to a shared project space to keep us organised. We’ll also gather all your details through a client questionnaire - plus any brand photos, logos, and copy you’d like to include in your website project.

We begin with a strategy session to explore your brand, goals, and audience. From there, I’ll create a tailored site structure and initial design concept to make sure we’re aligned before moving into full design.

Once the design is approved, I’ll build your site in a way that is responsive, functional, and easy to manage. I’ll also take care of any integrations or features you need, like bookings, email sign-ups, or e-commerce.

When everything’s tested and ready, we’ll go live! You’ll also receive a personalised walkthrough, helpful guides, and ongoing access to support for any final tweaks or questions after launch.
